Like some of the other Miller’s Hill homeowners who “reserved” unrenovated homes, the owners of 441 Day Avenue took a leap of faith when deciding to buy what they described as “the largest eyesore on the block.” They explained, “This home would probably not have been our first choice, but, because of zoning, it was the only Miller’s Hill home in which the City would allow us to have a home office.” However, they add, “We could not be happier with the way the house turned out!”

The owners appreciate the turn-of-the-century charm of the home, and the fact they are able to enjoy the advantages of urban living in a single family home. “I absolutely love living here, and it is exciting to be part of the changes going on in this community!”
